These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the GoodbyeScreen browser extension and the goodbyescreen website (together, "the Service"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What GoodbyeScreen is

GoodbyeScreen is a free browser extension that helps you manage your own screen time by blurring websites you choose after a time limit you set. It is a personal productivity tool, provided for your own use.

2. The Service is free

GoodbyeScreen is provided free of charge. There are no accounts, subscriptions, or payments. We are not obligated to provide support, updates, or continued availability, though we intend to maintain the extension.

3. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law or its open-source license, if one applies.

5. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of GoodbyeScreen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, time, or productivity, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Because the Service is provided free of charge, the developer's total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed US $0.

The Service may rely on features provided by your browser and, to display website icons, on a public icon service operated by a third party. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and uninstall the extension at any time. We may discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time.

10. Governing law
